NEDalertTM combines text-to-speech technology with intelligent, escalation workflow to translate alerts from emails into phone calls to support resolution staff.
NEDalertTM was developed by Access Technologies as a solution to some fundamental weaknesses with email alerts from infrastructure management solutions, particularly with after-hours alerts.
